Our stay at Maison Pic was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and attentive service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a large ensuite bathroom and luxurious amenities. We were even welcomed with a lovely drink and treat upon our arrival.

Although there were a couple of minor inconveniences, such as the pool area being closed for renovations, these did not detract from the overall excellence of our stay.

Impeccable service, from check-in to the room. The exquisite dinner featured creative flavors. Breakfast in the lovely courtyard was fantastic. A must-visit experience in France.

Amazing food and beautifully designed rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was very close to the main area of the town and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The pool was nice and refreshing during the hot summer days. The breakfast in bed was a nice touch, and the bedtime stories offered were adorable.

The air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was quite warm. The pillows were too soft, almost nonexistent, and made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience.

The hotel has an excellent location, easy to reach from the main road. the art in the garden and public areas is lively and adds a touch of elegance. the classic Sophie Pic restaurant's food is fantastic and the service is friendly.

Sadly, some staff members lack the appropriate training to cater to guests with special needs.

We enjoyed the elegant and classy room, the complimentary snacks and drinks, and the helpful and charming staff. The Bistro restaurant exceeded our expectations with carefully prepared regional and French dishes at very reasonable prices.

I recently stayed at Maison Pic for a weekend getaway. The highlight of my stay was dining at the world-famous gastronomic temple, Anne Sophie Pic. The food was exquisite, albeit a bit pricey. For a more affordable option, the casual restaurant, Andre, served delicious regional and French dishes in a chic atmosphere. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. The beds in the rooms were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. a memorable experience with outstanding cuisine and lovely design.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. Exclusive amenities such as beauty treatments, massage, and facials are available and fulfilled all of our needs. the sun loungers were extremely comfortable and it was great to enjoy them in the garden area. the restaurant was remarkable and the dinner was exquisite. Room advantages were incredible and the private facilities were always available.

the leisure/TV room was not up to our expectations and could be improved.

Spent New year's Eve here with my partner. the rate included a New Year's eve party with a prefixed menu, which was great! Loved the complimentary champagne upon arrival and the beautifully decorated lobby with a Christmas tree. the location was perfect, only a few meters away from the main square with all the festivities going on. the room was spacious and warm, with a cozy atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs.

The Wifi in the room was a bit slow, and we had to keep asking for more coffee pods for the coffee machine in the room. it was a great experience, definitely recommend it!

I recently stayed at Maison Pic in Valence for my spouse's birthday and it was truly a special experience. The team took excellent care of us and fulfilled all of our special requests. The hotel is a haven in the heart of the city, with a magnificent five-star room and exemplary service. The modern decor and furnishings were edgy, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. We also enjoyed a fantastic dining experience at the renowned Maison Pic restaurant. it was a 10/10 lifetime experience that I highly recommend.
